THE JOSEPH PROJECT

Joseph, from the Bible, is a great example of one who trusted God through the ‘thick and thin’ of life. He chose to return good for evil and blessed others both during and after his prison experience. That’s the goal for all of our inmates.

The Joseph Project is a sponsorship initiative of New Life Prison Ministries, focused on delivering high-quality ministry to inmates – one person at a time. By coming along side a prison inmate and giving monthly you will:

book-blue

Help an inmate receive hand-selected Bible study courses (up to 90 courses in total)

letter-blue

Support the inmate with monthly correspondence guidance from a dedicated NLPM volunteer.

tag-blue

Cover the cost of postage for all books and curriculum for the inmate’s training – both to and from the correctional institution.

Support the inmate and family post-release via an assigned NLPM staff worker to assist with successful reintegration.

Receive quarterly updates on how your support is making a difference in one inmate’s life.

You can sponsor one inmate monthly through our JOSEPH PROJECT program.

Your monthly donation will help provide interactive one-on-one Christian curriculum for one inmate through the ministry of New Life.

Start today by sponsoring an inmate. Help change a life forever.

IN MEMORIUM DONATIONS

Make a donation in memory of a loved one you wish to honour.

Each gift is acknowledged with our grateful thanks upon receipt. NLPM issues one tax receipt annually unless requested otherwise.

GIFT OF STOCK

A donation of securities is a great way to make a significant difference helping our ministry to inmates and ex-offenders across Canada, while reaping some tax benefits. Your gift can be in the form of shares, bonds or mutual funds.

In order to take advantage of tax savings from a donation of publicly traded stock, you must transfer the ownership of your shares to New Life Prison Ministries. Please call Rosemary Redshaw, Executive Director, to discuss a donation of stock. We reserve the right to decline donations of securities that are not easily liquidated or are considered volatile.

I am considering donated publicly traded stock to New Life Prison Ministries. Please contact me to discuss further.
